My sons car broke down and needed to be towed by AAA. When asked where to tow it to, I had no idea and agreed to have the car towed to the AAA service Center on Oleander. I called the office to let them know the car was on the way, and noticed all the extremely poor reviews. I spoke with Michael who assured me that over the past year they had made a lot of changes to improve their service and reputation. He did the best he could to make me feel comfortable on the phone. I decided to give them a chance. The truck was repaired in a shorter time span than expected, the cost was very reasonable and they even applied a coupon for my oil change, not to mention they could not have been any nicer both on the phone and in person. I would recommend this company for repair work, but I would also keep an eye on reviews to ensure they are maintaining the high level of service that I received. But for today, good job Mike, Michael, and Matt!

I wish there was a way to give negative stars as well. I guess they get 1 star for not burning my car down. I have only used them for an inspection station but all 3 times, once with my motorcycle and twice with my jeep, it has taken an hour for a schedule appointment to get an inspection. there is no reason for this. The last time i took my jeep in, april 27th, they took 1hr 30min to fail it because of a light switch. I dont mind failing but i do mind it taking so long to get that point. Plus they took the switch out of the car, which i had not authorized them to do and in the process broke a piece of it( i found this out after replacing the defective part myself and discovering not all of the plastic intact). They are inefficient and otherwise bad at their job as well as not being honest. If you gave them a 5 start then you probably have no idea what a good service station really is.

I called to make an appointment and was told since I had to be at work before they opened to leave my car outside with the key in it and they would get to it first thing once they got there. For me to do this, I have to have someone pick me up and then drop me off in the afternoon. I was dropped off there once I got off work and my car was sitting in the same place as I had left it that morning. I went in and was told that I was on their schedule that morning, but that there was no ticket from the mechanic. They said that they had seen my car out there all day. They said that the person I spoke to the day before should have told me to place my key in the night drop off box. I received no apology or anything. All they said was that my key was in the same place as I left it. I will NEVER go back there. If you do not want poor service you should avoid this place too.

Those negative reviews were NOT fake. Just like everyone else I have had my car thereFOUR times in the past month. First the main issue was a coolant leak which turned into $2300 of work. It broke down 4 miles after I picked it up. The Next time was about a week later when my fuel pump broke which was about another $400 or somethin. 3 weeks later, today, I took my car in bc something was STILL leaking and they told me it would be another $211. I was informed of a "jolt" my car was making which I said i felt a minor jolt weeks before but that I attributed it to the previous problem and have not experienced it since. As I am driving away my car violently jumps into different gears and slips into others which has NEVER happened before which had JUST left the shop. Coincidence? Hardly.

I took my car in for several reasons: oil change, inspection, rotors, and AC stopped working. They were very helpful and very friendly. I was able to get my car in right away. I took it later afternoon hours and it was ready the next morning. They worked out an estimate that I agreed to and were actually able to save a few hundred once they started working. We discussed changing all brakes and rotors, which I agreed to, and once they cleaned off my back brakes they saw replacing them was unnecessary, so they did not. I felt they had my best interest at heart and were not just trying to make money. I will definitely continue to take my car here for all work needed.

On vacation developed a slow leak in one of our tires. We decided to get a new set because of the condition of the tires on our recently purchased used vehicle. We discovered during a stop on our way back to our beach house that one or two wheels had been damaged by the paw of the tire change. We were disappointed to find this on our own, but the manager provided his email address for pictures and a remedy was worked out with his regional manager by the end of the day. Two days later the regional sales manager showed up at our house drove our car back to Wilmington put on two new wheels and had the car back to us 3 hours later. Without costing us any more vacation time.

My daughter took her car in for an oil change and was told by the mechanic that two of the belts on the car had to be replaced. She refused the service and paid for the oil change. She told the person making the belt replacement recommendation that the belts had been changed in June of this year. I filed a complaint with AAA online and received a call from the shop manager. He told me that the mechanic swore they were cracked. I had my dauhter to take the car to another shop and there she had a mechanic inspect the belts in question. She was told they were fine, had no cracks and looked brand new. I would advise against doing business with this shop.

I have 3 vehicles that are a little old. All 90s module vehicles. I bought the premium package from here in April. And used AAA a 4 times for a tow. My gf hit a curb in on of my vehicles and tore the front end up. So I called to have a tow only to find out that I had been towed my limit. I would have no problem with this if I was informed when buying the $130+ member ship .yall need to better in from your customers

They are friendly, courteous, thorough, and document all the issues with dependable information and affordable solutions. I will continue to go to them for service for as long as i own this car. I do not recommend purchasing tires from this location. AAA sells warranties on their tires, which they do not honor should there be a manufacturers defect. Also, they perform illegal repairs i.e. sidewall repairs that could jeopardize the safety of your family. The manager, Michael Dyson, completely lacks moral integrity.

They overcharge for a diagnostic $133.00. They wanted the highest price in town to replace a Fuel Pump $950 in addition to the diagnostic charge. This was WITH a AAA discount. AAA recommended this repair shop. Never Again.
