From the initial in-office consultation to the conclusion of my case, The communication has been excellent. Caitlin and Gail took time to answer my questions, always explain each aspect carefully and fully. Regular updates were provided to me by phone and email. I have felt that I was treated as a person, not a case number. Finally, while my case was small and relatively simple, I felt that the staff of Mike Lewis treated my case and family with the same attention as a much large case. Gail and Caitlin were both a pleasure to deal with, thoughtful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.
