This group is total crooks. There communication was next to nothing for the three years that my case dragged out. My wife and I hsd to continually contact them for updates that we now know they were doing very little until statute of limitations was about to run put, and we pushed them to do something with the case. After 3 uears we finally get an appointment with an actual attorney Brad Balaban and let me tell you he is as slimy as lawyers come. Could never produce documents without having 10 days to do so but when we fianlly said settle fot the crappy amount they got for us he produced the break down in seconds. Took their percentage off the top then paid outstanding medical bills so their percentage came out to be 50% of payout. Then after reviewing the break out they went to my insurance company behind my back for a payout which will now increase my insurance premiums for the next three years. Unless you are a high profile case I would stay away from these crooks and epesially Brad Balavan and Frank Voler as they are just slimy.
