My experience with David Pankin and his staff was beyond words. My initial meeting was a little scary, as David can come off quite intimidating. That feeling quickly went away. This man truly knows his stuff! He is confident in his work and gives you his opinion and your options raw! He advised me to wait almost a year because of the sale of a home and although I was a nervous wreck, everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to. His staff is fantastic! Walter was great, always remembering your name and case when you either called or visited the office. Heymi was fantastic as well! She put me at complete ease with her honestly and understanding while preparing me for the case. Roger had an amazing way of keeping me confident the day of court. Overall, this experience was amazing!

David Pankin was a godsend to me and my family. Finding oneself buried under a mountain of debt was undoubtedly one on the most distressing situations that we have ever dealt with. Though it was a long process, I can honestly say that all of the paperwork and multiple meeting were well worth it. David Pankin kept us calm and helped us get organized for the final ordeal of a court date. Due to the ultimate competence of Mr. Pankin and his remarkable staff, our meeting with the judge assigned to our case went seamlessly. Approval for bankruptcy was granted soon after.
