I have known Andy Roth both personally and professionally for several years. Several months ago, I asked Andy to review a lease for an office space that I was planning on renting. Andy was not only remarkably thorough, but pointed out several issues that I was unaware of, and gave me suggestions as to how to negotiate the matter with my landlord. As a result of his guidance, I was able to enter into an agreement that was satisfactory to me. Although I am an attorney, I was unaware of how a small commercial lease could have so many potential issues, and was grateful for his guidance and suggestions. Since that time I have used Andy as a sounding board for general commercial leasing issues, and have always been satisfied with the suggestions he has given me. If you are looking for an attorney to review or negotiate a commercial lease, to handle a commercial or residential real estate matter, I would fully and without reservation give Andy my highest recommendation.

I retained Andy Roth to help me sell a residential property. It was a distressed property and I had been struggling for years to short sell it. Andy recommended an amazing realtor, who found a buyer and had a contract on the house within a month. Andy then convinced my lender to forgive the debt entirely, and was even able to get my lender to pay me a relocation fee. Although I’ve heard that short sales can take a long time to complete, the whole process – from the time we listed the property with the realtor until we actually closed on the sale – took only about four months. Andy was a pleasure to work with. He was always available for questions during the day, evenings, and weekends. He made the difficult and emotionally draining process of selling a distressed property as easy and painless as I could have hoped for, and my family and I are grateful to have had his help. His rates are reasonable, and you get much more than you pay for. Highly recommended.
