Very poor customer service. Only one phone number is published on the web. This is also the number you get if you call the 800 number for US Bank and wait through all the prompts to talk to a customer service rep. I called the branch in Eagan on Cliff and a REAL human being answered. When you call the number listed for the Apple Valley Garrett branch, it actually tells you that they DO NOT answer their phone. Today is Christmas Eve and they have shorter hours. My elderly neighbor needs a ride to the bank and we cannot even find out how long they will be open...
