I thought it was a good insurance company until mysteriously, rates increased, and when I asked my agent, Susan, to find a better rate, she took three weeks to get back to me only to say, what I had was the best she could do. So, I decided to switch to USAA, being a military family, and the rates were much better. several faxes and emails and calls from me and USAA to Safe Harbour, we thought we had cancelled the policy. NO. She had continued my home policy and cashed the check from the mortgage company early and never cancelled it out. We are still trying to get this solved and recover the money they collected even though I have written correspondence that I had moved to another insurer.

It was such a smooth, easy process through safe harbour. All I did was send in my insurance cover sheet and within an hour, I got an email back with a quote for a cheaper insurance company. All I had to do was sign a couple pieces of paper and send my banking information. They took care of the rest, even down to cancelling my old policy!
