Came here with my fiance to get a document notarized and got the b***h from hell. Everyone else seemed well mannered and polite but this 1 woman must of been having a bad day and taking it out on everyone including my fiance. Yelling, getting frustrated and slamming items down on the counter. We was about to say just forget it and leave but we needed to have it done since we were going out of town the next day. Next time we will be sure to go somewhere else! I would rather support a business that does not allow their employees (this 1 employee with barely any teeth) to act that way to paying customers!!!

Went into this establishment due to prior encounters with much success. Prior visits was with an older gentleman and awesome customer service. Today, me and my wife went to get a simple Power of Attorney notarized and the customer service was piss poor at best. We were the only customer at the time and was treated very rudely. I am not giving this establishment any of my future business. They just lost a loyal customer. Best Wishes.

This place IS very convenient. However some of the rudest people work here. I was informed that they could not notarize my document and added "Never going to happen" as they did not prepare it. I got it when she said they could not notarize the form. Unprofessional. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Very ruse person took prise in saying she had been "doing this for ten years". Refused to acknowledge Florida had electronic titles. On back of registration reflects reason for electronic title is to prevent fraud.
