I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Mr. Kevin Moser. Far too often, people are eager to write letters or make a phone call to complain, but I wanted to take the time to write to let you know that I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Moser. In preparation of my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. He handled my case with dignity and compassion, just what one needs in a stressful and scary situation. Upon settlement of my case, Mr. Moser did everything in his power to ensure this process had truly been as smooth and comfortable as possible. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress, and promises were maintained. I could not have asked for more! Mr. Moser exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to family and friends in need of his services. I thank and commend Kevin Moser for representing me in my time of need!!

Unreliable. No communication. Basically he took my money, emailed me a handful of times with excuses then stopped responding completely. I feel he stole my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Do not use him for your lawyer. Update: After seeing my initial review Kevin Moser emailed me and tried to explain himself and apologized for his lack of communication and refunded most of my money. I will up the rating to 3 stars but still would not recommend him.

I payed this guy for a probation case he has not done anything on the case my son is talking to a court appointed lawyer because Kevin has not even file the paper work to show he is his attorney he has more Excuses they anyone I ever seen I would ever use him again for anything but he has no problem taking your money I can’t believe he has any good reviews this guy is a real joke I will make sure he gets reported to the Better Business Bureau and so on !
