Tom Chouinard (State Farm in Maryville, IL) was very helpful to us after our current insurance company dropped the Earthquake rider from our contract. When this happened, we began shopping around for other companies that still offered this rider. State Farm is one of these companies. Even though we are unable to move all of our policies to State Farm at this time, Tom went out of his way to refer us to an outside broker that was able to help us get the coverage we were looking for. They go the extra effort to send birthday cards, and even sent me a get well card when I had my surgery. Tom makes a special effort to remember names and make you feel special, not just another customer. Kim is always the one that helps me and she does a great job!
