I have been a client with Eichholz Law Firm since February. I was injured due to a slip and fall at Dollar General, Rome, Ga. To show how concerned and their willingness to take and work on my behalf they sent an investigator to my home in Rome, Ga. even though they are located in Savanah, Ga. Previously I was with another law firm who took my case but seemed like instead of working on my behalf they were siding with the company who I was up against.. During this time of service I have been kept informed about any changes and the progress of my case. My attorney, David Eichholz, has made himself available to me anytime of the day, even when the office is closed I am able to contact my paralegal, Melissa Faircloth. She has rapidly responded to my emails and calls. My previous paralegal Leesa Butler did the same. With every call they have remained very informative and courteous. My case is still in the process of being settled and they are working vigorously to obtain all records and come to a demand for all my injuries and bills I have obtained. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also like to thank Rasheea Smalls for being a liason between the times in which both of my attorneys were unavailable or with other clients. Eichhoz Law Firm you have shown and prove that what you say you back up.

Davil and the law firm of Eichholz really went to the bat for me and hit a home run.... i am a professional driver working in the transportation industry and was injured in an accident ,no fault of mine rear ended by a driver who was not paying attention, who struck me from behind (note please) i am the driver in a 18 wheeler struck by a driver in a honda accord you might say how was i injured ? but believe me it happens and i still suffer today. my case was one with the blessing of the lord attached to it ,a case that could have been fought and draw out for some time by workers comp. but through the knowledgeability of Davil and the firm and i was able to prevail victorious in a short time... Davil drop the bomb on them and blew up all resistance and got me paid to the tune of a six figure which shows its not always big trucks at fault and we have the right to be compensated for our injuries .Thank be to God and the Eicholz law firm.

My experience with the Eicholz Law Firm was an awesome one! My unfortunate situation was a back injury from an automobile accident while I was 6 months pregnant with my daughter. It was a traumatic experience for me, however from start to finish the Eicholz Law Firm was courteous, professional, and efficient.
