Absolutely the worst experience ever. Never requested any pictures,documents,John Morgan never ever replied to any emails.The receptionist called my phones and left a message while I was working and then when I returned the call they claim that I gave them bad numbers and couldnt be reached,well how come you left me a message if the numbers were bad??Then I confirmed the numbers three times,and also my email address.These people never called me to even meet me once...I had 2k pages of documents for them and they never even asked for them.Do yourselves a favor and hire a good firm and run from these places with satellite hubs and you never will meet these people on tv. They are too above meeting the little guy.I dismissed them and they didnt even ask why..that told me a lot!

Morgan & Morgan is a wonderful company. I would suggest using Morgan & Morgan to anyone. My lawyer Mr. Seth Diamond was immediate help from the moment I called. The company has done excellent work doing research and being consistent with getting the coverage and compensation I needed. Mr. Seth and Mrs. Hall has always been an email or call away. They have answered even the little questions without hesitation. I know when we did have our moments of silence of no communication for a few days, that when we did talk that there was news and worth the wait.
