Great Customer Service. They care about their patients. Very professional Staff. The facility runs smoothly patients are given excellent care. No long wait time for appointments. You can get seen for your appointment without long waiting periods 5-6 hour unlike the Atlanta Va on clairmont Rd. They are awesome in every department from the front desk to the nurses, Doctors, Dental, Mental Health Security, Down to the cleaning staff. Whatever they are doing the rest of the Va medical hospital and Clinics Should be taking notes and cleaning up their action. The way they run that place is FLAWLESS.

IT TOOK ME TWO MONTHS TO GET AND APPOINTMENT AND I WAS TOLD TO ARRIVE THIRTY MIN EARLY MY APPOINTMENT TIME CAME AND WENT I WAITED FOR OVER AND HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE ANYONE EVER CALLED ME BACK, ONCE I WAS CALLED BACK THE STAFF I SEEN WAS CARING ABOUT WHAT WAS UP WITH ME AND MY NEEDS, THE MEDICAL STAFF WAS GREAT THEY JUST NEED PEOPLE OUT FRONT WHO WANTS TO SERVE THE VETS MAYBE A LOT MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING WOULD HELP OR SOME ONE WHO LIKES THEIR JOB....
