This place has gone down. They mess up my money in the past two months by messing up credit card payments and checks. I dont recommend this place until they clean up their errors and actually care about their clients and not just send them off because they dont want to deal with your issues.

Waited on hold for 40 minutes, never did get hold of anybody, drove to credit union, nobody greets you and you have to ask for help. Ask for manager and she just sat behind her desk and never even acknowledged me. Very poor customer service.

I have been using this branch since 92. One thing they never are is efficient, slow,slow,slow. At least you can nap in your car if you wait in the drive tru.
