I cannot say enough about the law office of Moses and Rooth. They are excellent attorneys and wonderful people. I am a pharmacist that was charged with multiple counts of trafficking in Oxycodone which called for a minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years per count which amounted to close to 100 years. I am a law abiding citizen with no criminal record and was arrested for dispensing forged prescriptions from a very experienced drug ring in Central FL. I was accused of knowingly participating in trafficking. I was innocent of these charges and a victim myself, Jay Rooth discerned this right away. He worked tirelessly to build my case and was such a godsend. He was genuinely concerned for me and my family and fought for me like a brother. His hard work resulted in a dismissal of all charges without a trial and the arrest record is now in the process of being expunged. Cases dealing with professionals and licenses can be complex and Jay worked hard to ensure that my professional license was not compromised at all. He never over promised and was always prepared and proactive. I felt like I had 2 lawyers because Andrew Moses was so deeply involved as well. The professionalism of Jay, his partner Andrew Moses, and his assistant Tara was greatly appreciated. I was always kept informed of the progress of the case and my questions always received the required attention. I wholeheartedly and without reservation, recommend Jay Rooth should you have any need for criminal representation.

They have very good work ethic and work to ensure your best interest is always the top priority. I read their reviews online and they seemed to have the best ratings which is why I hired them for a legal matter. When I called, their receptionist (Tara) was very friendly and comforting and made me an appointment for the same day. Meeting with Mr. Moses was also a very friendly experience as he explained the process thoroughly and provided me with a sense of understanding my timeline to resolve the matter. The issue was resolved in a timely fashion and i was able to resume my life thanks to their savvy legal work. I greatly appreciate working with them and will always do business with their firm from now on since so many attorneys only appear to work for you but Moses and Rooth actually work for their clients. A LAWYER THAT CARES !!!!! Jay Rooth is THE BEST lawyer ever. . . i had an extremely serious driver license situation, i had my license suspended for a years years from miami. i moved to orlando and was caught driving a few time out here and never knew that orlando took driving sooo serious i had two previous lawyers that when i was arrested got me out of jail however when i eventually came to jay, he advised me that the 7 cases i previously had with the other lawyers were never closed!!! they had taken my money and made my situation that much worse. i was facing jail time, going to lose my job and apt if that would have happened. Knowing he had a challenge in his hands jay was willing to take it.He was incredible, searched new laws, kept me informed on the situation and prctically held my hand thru the whole ordeal.I am so grateful that i found him!!! he was like my angel. i was able to avoid jail time ,had a case droped and kept my freedom. I LOVE HIM !!

My son became addicted to prescription pain medication and was charged with obtaining drugs with forged prescriptions. Andrew Moses was the answer to our prayers in dealing with this devastating ordeal. Andrew takes a more than personal interest in helping not only the client but the whole family with his counsel. He was able to persuade the judge that my son and society would benefit by getting him drug addiction treatment through The Phoenix House for eighteen months instead of sending him to prison. My son has responded positivly to this treatment and is now working and going to school full time agin.
