This is a long overdue review of our experience with Stabinsky & Funt. In January of 2015 I walked out of a restaurant and stepped into an unmarked storm drain breaking both ankles. End result I had to retire from my flight attendant career several years before planned. Our attorney at S&F was Ariel Furst. Ariel did absolutely everything he promised and I believe our settlement was the best that could be gotten. Every step of the way his advice was sound and he was always available if I had any questions or concerns. His assistant Jessica Flores was always available as well and very thorough and pleasant to work with. Ariel and Jessica made the various interrogatories as easy for us as possible. Everyone I dealt with in the office was excellent including the front line folks answering the phone. Ariel promised he would be entirely prepared when we went to mediation and that he would not leave a penny on the table. And that is what happened. His presentation made the attorney for the restaurant looked pretty bad. At the end of the day my husband and feel we could not have been better represented. I would highly recommend Ariel Furst and Stabinsky & Funt to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney.

Not only did i I get my settlement within a month, after waiting 8 doing it on my own, but the firm got the insurance company to me interest for the time i have spent waiting.
