Calling for online login help. The phone will ring 20 times before sending you to an automatic answering system. If it is on an automatic answering system then why must it ring for 5 minutes straight? Then after the machine finally answers once you click your desired selection it disconnects you and when you call back you have to again wait the 5 minutes of straight ringing in your ear. Most inefficient customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I finally get my phone call answered! and the rudest representative NAMED CHRISSY! I have EVER DELT with. She could not answer my question so I asked her to transfer my call to someone that could and she refused to. I told her I would report her to someone and then she quickly acted like she would transfer me to a manager and then hung up the phone. I am so disappointed in this company!

was great to me...ran into problems with having to close my new business. calls from them were pleasant, then I TRIED to get to CU but closed due to remodeling, wanted to deal with ONLY them and work out payments to pay them back. then my account went to a collection service and all I got were anonymous phone calls NOT leaving a msg as to what they were calling about, over and over. will go into CU to talk and see what we can work out. car was refinanced there and plan to refinance home, but we shall see how things work out. To be continued......

Just waited over 45 minutes trying to see if my automobile loan would automatically come out of my other account, I completed the form 2 weeks ago they are suppose to call you ( GOOD LUCK WITH THAT) I wait they tell me they tell me to hold after waiting the 45 minutes to get hung up on, not once but two different occasions, now I see why the rate was so low for my loan, I recommend paying a bit more to get satisfactory customer service

Worst bank to deal with! The dispute department is a joke, leave a message and someone should call you in 3 days lol they also charge on a stop payment 22 dollars and the payment still went threw lol Dont waste your time or money at this place BEWARE
