For my sba loan on my franchise purchase and after much research on options, I enlisted the services of First Financial. Throughout this lengthy and somewhat cumbersome process, it was with the awesome help and direction of Jelena Kuchar that I was able to complete this application with relative ease and confidence. She walked me through every step of the process, leaving no chances of something being incomplete or insufficient before presenting to the lender. Initially, I was going to try to obtain this loan direct through the lender without paying extra to go through a broker. I am truly convinced that without using a broker, I would not have been successful in obtaining this loan. The whole process was a bit overwhelming and by choosing to use a broker- First Financial- it was money well spent. Furthermore and more specifically, Jelena w/ First Financial was a blessing. She streamlined everything and made the entire process extremely less complicated than it would have been going at it on my own. The loan was successfully funded and in large part due to the personal and professional help by Jelena and First Financial. If I had it to do all over again or choose to do this again in the future with any other venture, Jelena and First Financial will be my first and only choice. Thank you again, Jelena!!
