You manage three rental properties for us. Since Jody took over and hired some assistants the service level has increased dramatically. All phases are handled professionally and in a timely manner. It is obvious that everyone is working hard and that you are gradually implementing improvements. I really like the fact that you are picky about who you put in our properties. I feel well informed and comfortable that everything is being handled. Any issues that I have had ( minor ones) have been addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. The big thing is that the rental staff is very kind and very knowledgeable which makes it easy to do business with you!

There is a reason there is a clause on their lease agreements. Clause states that rental is leased "As Is", in other words all the problems are discovered later,. Black mold,lousy pest control,poor maintenance etc...they are nice when rent time comes around. I am filing a law suit for being sick from black mold and high lead readings
