I have been always getting Excellent & Reliable service for years from the Thompson Agency! Before the insurance policies of my houses expire, I always get advance reminder email notifications from the Thompson agency which allows me to renew the existing policies before they expire. Believe me, this was a huge issue before with the previous 3 insurance agencies which I had to stop working with them (one time, I noticed that one of my houses was without insurance for months due to negligence of the previous agency, which was unacceptable). But with Thompson, I never had this issue and I am thankful or that! In addition, if I have any questions, Thompson (Heatherann and Ashley) always provides on time and satisfactory responses to all of my emails. Thank you Heatherann and Ashley! Seckin D.
