I wanna start of my adressing the person above I am very surprised that you feel that way because I had a very good experience from day one. In regards to the office I am very thankful I hired Jonathon Perkins, Thanks for all of your assistance with my case,I have to say that everyone involved with my case where very diligent in handling my case. Anytime I had a question or just needed reassurance, someone always answered my call and made me feel like I was there only client. Never with an attitude or made me feel like I bothered...you always keep me informed of any updates...I am so happy the day I ran into lawyer Perkins on the elevator in the professional building, I finally but a real person to all his ads around town, he was very pleasant with answering my concerns. I was unhappy with my previous lawyer so I hired Perkins to represent me...The first day I walked into the office every staff member was very helpful and nice. Attorney Perkins is amazing but his staff are horrendous to deal with. They need to fire Annaly, a quote "case manager". But she is incompetent, and quite ignorant to communicate with She let many a things slack and did not provide the exceptional customer service that was promised. She also barely called to follow up with me as also promised. I found myself nagging her constantly about things she should have been privy to and ahead of. We frequently spoke on things she had no answers to. Attorney Perkin fire Annaly, your office would probably run more efficiently.
