I would give this company a 0 if it were an option. I , along with 3 others, was rear ended by someone who was insured by Travelers. We were sitting at a stop light and he hit the last car going nearly 40 mph causing a chain reaction and injuring several of us. It was a 24 year old individual who was on the influence of marijuana and driving with a learners permit. STILL insured by Travelers. Go figure. It took them 25 days to physically look at my truck. Once they finally decided to total it out, the day that they scheduled it to be picked up from my house which happened to be nearly a week after they looked at it was apparently set up incorrectly, and I have been told that it will "probably" be picked up after the weekend. I have seen some horrible, incompetent companies that lack even the slightest integrity, but I can 100% promise you this company takes the cake. My sincere advice is you avoid them at all costs.

We get a discount from work with this insurance and it is cheaper than other companies - but our experience has been terrible with travelers. It’s not worth the time, stress, and frustration (to put it mildly). We had our car stolen recently and when it was found there were scrapes and dents on the car that were not previously there. Travelers refuses to pay for this. The customer service is non existant. We are switching to another company. We had Geico before Travelers and had zero problems with them. Not worth the hassle.

The rates were low, but when it came time to make a claim the service was commensurate with the rates. This was by far and large one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I will be switching insurers as soon as our claim has been closed

After dealing with a rude collisions agent I requested to file a complaint and no one has gotten back to me to address my experience/concerns. Will not be renewing my car insurance with this company.
