Mr. Ahmed is a professional and outstanding attorney! Mr. Ahmed was retained to help a family member with a motion in a previous case for 2010. Mr. Ahmed was very responsive after being contacted. He took considerable time to talk with the family member and understand the reason for the motion. He then gathered as much supporting documentation as possible to include in his motion to support his position. Mr. Ahmed prepared the motion in a very timely manner and filed it with the court. Mr. Ahmed communicated on a very regular basis and took the necessary time to prepare the family member prior to court. The motion was granted by the court in favor of the family member. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Ahmed! He is a wonderful attorney that truly cared about his clients and does the best job possible for them. When Mr. Ahmed says he is going to do something, he does it and he always communicates what he is doing. He is a man of his word and it is refreshing to see an Officer of The Court to have such a high degree of integrity.

I hired Nafiz to take care of a petition for factual innocence after a previous attorney had the case dismissed before trial. We met Nafiz in his office and he patiently listened to our story. At our second meeting, Nafiz took the phone in front of me, called the district attorney to discuss the case. He was very outspoken and confident. This started an email thread that ended up with the district attorney agreeing with the factual innocence finding. Nafiz was also very quick at filing with the court a very convincing and complete petition for factual innocence. The day of the factual innocence hearing arrived with the DA themselves suggesting factual innocence to the judge. This was executed so well by Nafiz. Only his dedication to the case and his extrovert personality and high confidence could end up with such a result. Nafiz is a winner! Thank you so much for being so good!

Nafiz is perhaps one of the most honest attorneys I have ever met. after researching several sites, I selected him based upon his videos on the website. You can tell he is sincere and honest in his approach. Meeting him in person reconfirmed that. He patiently spent an hour and a half with me reviewing my case. I was ready to sign up and give him th retainer. He said, no need. You could save your money. Here are the initial steps that you can take yourself. Then if at that point, the DMV asks you to come in, that would be a point that you would want to have legal representation. I have never seen an attorney who tells you that.
