I was very disappointed with the service we received from them, we attempted to replace the policy Allstate had canceled 2 times on us for living in a house with trees and natural brush around us and the office could not give us accurate information on the requirements for home insurance or for home inspections. Once they were unable to complete the sale they called and threatened my wife and my credit before billing me at all. They even billed for services not rendered to us. We paid it to get them to leave us alone! Would not recommend them!
