Kantor & Kantor was instrumental in winning my LTD case against a major LTD carrier. Recommended by a retired lawyer friend of the family, my initial consultation with Glenn Kantor made it obvious that they were the right choice to help me win my LTD appeal. Still I did interview the major firms that specialize in ERISA law (some more expensive, some less expensive), however this is not a situation where you want to choose the cheapest firm! Speaking from experience, it is much better to receive a larger percentage of something, than 100 percent of Nothing! Like mine, I am sure that most disability journeys are full of anxiety and depression and it is very difficult and stressful when having to deal with questions and requests from your LTD carrier in order to continue to receive your benefits. My main contact at Kantor & Kantor was Mr. Andrew Kantor. Andrew’s professionalism, optimism, follow up and his ability to explain my case in a way I could understand was refreshing and greatly appreciated! I will be forever grateful for him and everyone at Kantor and Kantor for helping in my need and putting me on ease in the most professional way I have seen to date. In my opinion the appeal process is impossible for those who go through it disabled. I used to be a smart guy, and there was NO WAY I would have considered the appeal by myself! The insurance companies are huge and well resourced and the only way you have a chance of winning is to hire Kantor and Kantor. Andrew and his team dealt with them masterfully, as far as I am concerned Kantor & Kantor was on top of everything. They kept me informed and up-to-date. They answered all my questions promptly. And they showed real compassion in their dealings with me. Bottom Line: Kantor & Kantor won my appeal and if anyone who is on LTD and needs help I highly recommend Kantor & Kantor for a positive outcome.

I had numerous letters, calls, and harassment for an overpayment from my Disability Insurance Company. I was referred to Kantor & Kantor by Social Security Attorney, Megan DiTolla (who I would highly recommend.) My first contact with this firm was with Shannon Mercogliano, director of client relations. She advised me to send letters and documents concerning my case to them. Once that was done, she said it would be reviewed. Shannon understands the firms practice. She’s smart, knowledgeable, speaks clearly, is kind, and a great communicator. I received an email, then a call stating the firm would take my case. I spoke with Glenn Kantor who answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He was very confident that everything would be resolved. My case was assigned to Andrew Kantor. For me, the most important quality in any business is to return calls and answer emails. Glen Kantor and his firm are very thorough prompt and responsive. It was very easy to work with him throughout my case without any issues. I provided the information and the documents in the beginning which he were needed and he and his team worked at lightening speed to get my case filed and resolved. My case was very unique since United Healthcare denied coverage for Harvoni, new HCV Medication and my condition and liver cirrhosis were rapidly deteriorating. In an era of a new available cure and medical guidelines changing by the moment, Glenn and his team were on top of it all. His level of responsiveness and and accuracy combined with knowledge of the very specific laws are amazing and on point. I highly recommend Glenn and his team without hesitation. Mr. Glen Kantor and his firm are very thorough and responsive. It was very easy to work with him throughout my case without any hiccups or delay. I provided the information and the documents in the beginning which he required and he did the rest of the work until the end of my case. My case was very unique since CIGNA denied coverage for my Three-Level Artificial Disc Replacement in the lumbar section of my spine in Germany due to FDA’s stand of multi-level disc replacement as being an “unproven procedure”. I had to pay out of pocket to have my surgery done in Germany and Mr. Glen Kantor was able to work with me on my case against CIGNA thousands of miles away from the States.
