I began my experience with Gupta Insurance two years ago when I was looking for insurance for my new home. Being a first time home buyer, I was very inexperienced and had a lot of questions. Ajay came out to my house, sat with me at my dining table and explained everything. Ajay was very knowledgeable and was eager to make sure that all of my concerns had been addressed and my questions were answered. I was so impressed that I made Gupta Insurance the agent for my auto policies. Gupta Insurance saved me a lot of money right away by reviewing my policies and I wondered why my previous agent had not made this effort. Since then, we have experienced two car accidents (such is life in L.A.) and Gupta Insurance proved to be the right choice as they followed up throughout each experience to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received from the insurance co. and body repair shop. Ajay continues to review my policies periodically and communicates to me ways that I can save money. I have already recommended Gupta insurance to friends, neighbors and family.

These guys are very good. They work with you to customize every detail of the policy to meet your personal needs. They are always on top of things. When mercury increased the insurance rates during the annual renewal they went over the renewal policy before I got a chance to see it and figured out why the rates had gone up and then worked with me to reconfigure the policy. When I filed a claim they immediately called to make sure everything was ok and followed up on how the claim was being handled. I like the personal attention they give and have absolutely no reservations recommending them.

Very Easy and Smooth Experience. Gupta & Mercury Insurance really made my experience easy and smooth. I had gotten into an accident with a drunk driver one day, and my car was messed up. From the claims process to getting my car fixed, it was all very smooth. They even recommended the shop to get my car fixed and they took care of everything. All I have to say is THANK YOU!

Gupta Insurance has been very helpful, responsive and business like from my first call - just what I wanted. I began by buying auto insurance from them and eventually added homeowner and earthquake coverage as well. I just had my first claim experience and they went above and beyond, calling right away (plus a follow up) just to make sure I was OK.
