MAPFRE Insurance is the worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with. Mike at the agency was nice however he should of warned me about MAPFRE Insurance company. First they charged me a crazy amount of down payment then it was agreed they were going to deduct $300 dollars per month. After two weeks they automatically increased it to $500.00 dollars per month. They work through many independent Insurance companies. They charged me $500 dollars per month for insurance and after months of playing games denied my claim. After denial I am still waiting for the denial letter. They have no customer service. I have left numerous messages with no response. If there was a less than a O star I would have marked it. Very shady!!!!!

I got insurance for my son and I from upgrade insurance company. I had the pleasure of having Mike M help me as my agent. He answered all my questions and was patient with me, since I was adding my son with me I had a lot of questions. The process was ultimately easy and Mike always replies to my texts if I remember another insurance question I might have. I do highly recommend this place my experience is that they are professional and helpful. Not to mention the prices were unbeatable!!!!!!

Got a policy for my son for 1400 per year less than my current company. At first I taught it was too good to be true however after a little research I decided to go through with it and it really was lower. i asked my agent she said it was because they have special rates for young drivers and that is the area they specialize in.

This place got me with the lowest rate I was paying $400 plus a month for full coverage I had a ton of tickets and accidents they helped me and now I am pay $172 for full coverage for my Ford Fusion now I am so happy ask for Mike he is sick great guy

They will do what they can to get the most money from you for the worst auto policy. If you cancel your policy with them, they will sell your email information and you will be spammed with emails. I made an awful decision going to them.
