AVOID THE PROBLEMS AND DONT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL BUG YOU AND BUG YOU THE WHOLE TIME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT!! IF YOU DONT OR EXPRESS THE HASSLE THEY GIVE HAVING AN ACCOUT THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND WAIT THE TELLER ASKED ME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT 12 TIMES LITERALLY!!! I TOLD HER NO SO THEN KIMCHI THE "MANAGER" DECIDED TO TRY BUGGING ME TO OPEN IT CLAIMING ITS HASSLE FREE AND ITS ALL BUT THAT!!! IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE TO CHARGE $25 MORE FOR THE FEE TO CASH CHECK AND HEADACHE THESE PEOPLE GIVE YOU HERE!!! BOYCOTT BANK OF AMERICA!!!

35 people in line and only 2 tellers...always super busy and still only 2 people working the windows..not to mention if you are white u are avoided like the plague...very disappointed in this location after i keep trying to hope it will get better...thinking about closing my account just because of how bad my experience has been here
