The organization at Tax Tiger was truly unbelievable in handling our delinquent tax situation. We owed in excess of $300k between Federal and State income taxes including penalties from as early as the 2000 tax year. When the stock market plummeted the following year (2001), we couldn’t cover the gains we made that previous year. Terri and I felt that all hope for regaining some of our lost financial stability and personal pride was all but gone. But, thank you Lord for allowing my ears to open and hear a Tax Tiger commercial on satellite radio. Christian the financial analyst that took our initial call concerning our tax situation was very compassionate and concerned about our burden. He gathered baseline information about our situation and set us up with our case administrator Audra. The continuing effort by the following team members encouraged us to gather all our necessary supporting documents, Anastasia, Audra, and Mike. We established a payment plan that was reasonable (unlike the wage garnishment from the Feds). Kristen was understanding and helped us setup other payment arrangement for the provided Tax Tiger services. Mike specifically from our perspective worked most diligently to achieve an almost unheard of acceptance for our offer in compromise with the California Franchise Tax Board. Praise Jesus and to Mike also. Just this past week we sent our final payment to the IRS, and the check just cleared our bank. Less than two years and our chains under the IRS and CA Tax Board are broken. Hurray, Free at last! Between the already paid garnishments, direct monthly payments, offer in compromise payment, and the Tax Tiger fees, it cost us just over $35K to clear our past taxes. Having hidden our heads in the sand for far too many years, we are truly grateful for the Lords blessing and the Tax Tiger teams’ determination to help us achieve a positive result. These guys are the REAL DEAL!! I hadn’t filed my taxes since 2008 and owed the IRS over $20k in back taxes and penalties. By the time I contacted Tax Tiger I had already received a letter in the mail from the IRS with an “intent to levy”. Terrifying right?? I had no idea what to do and luckily after researching a bunch of different “tax guys” I found Tax Tiger. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone for my initial consultation was nothing short of patient and after answering a bunch of questions he said what I wanted to hear – “I believe we can help you settle your tax liability”. They were able to set up a payment plan that fit into my budget for their services and while the process took a long time – most of it being a waiting game with the IRS once all the paperwork was submitted. What’s even better, I just got the notification that the IRS accepted my offer in compromise to settle my tax liability for $200!!! And that brings Kylie, my case administrator. She is and has been an absolute angel through this whole process and I can honestly say I couldn’t have gotten through this without her! She has always kept me in the loop and ensured that I understood everything that was happening from start to finish. Anytime I’d be in a panic about another IRS letter I’d received in the mail, she’d immediately let me know that there was nothing to worry about. This girl is an immense asset to Tax Tiger and if her boss is reading this – Give her a RAISE!! – seriously! She so deserves it! In closing, I cannot thank this team of rock stars enough for the fantastic job they did for me! I am writing this review because I want to let people know how great Tax Tiger is... I owed the IRS a lot of money close to $50,000.00 I was a owner operator truck driver and was on the road a lot for about five years I did not file income tax at all..The IRS put a levy on my wages threatened to take any property I owned. I agreed to make payments each month but the more I paid it seemed like I owed more with all the interest..One night while driving I heard a commercial on radio for Tax Tiger and how they could help.. I went home and talked to the misses about it and she was very skeptical she thought it was a scam after thinking it over she agreed to do it so we called got the information and sent all the paperwork they needed. It took some time to get everything in order but Tax Tiger worked with us every step of the way. When it came time to make an offer to the IRS the offer was very low and we did not think they would accept it we were expecting to pay a lot more. We got a letter from the IRS stating that they were reviewing the offer and would get in touch within 90 days. WELL guess what they accepted the offer of $200.00 we are so excited... This is proof that Tax Tiger does help people. We would recommend Tax Tiger to everyone who wants to get their issues settled . Thanks Tax Tiger you saved us...

Thanks to Mr. Schick and the Tax Tiger team for saving the business I have put 30 years into building. In 2015, Tax Tiger negotiated an OIC settlement for my corporation that resulted in a + 95% reduction of the total tax liability the IRS was imposing on us. (It was over 200K) I live across the country from the Tax Tiger office but received better communication and quicker phone response from Tax Tiger than I could get locally. I feel they took such a personal, genuine interest in resolving my case and went over and above my expectations. Mr. Schick understood the pressure I was under, the sleepless nights, the worry about the future of my employees and the commitments made to my clients. I contacted Tax Tiger after my divorce and my ex-husband did not file or pay the tax liability that he was responsible for according to our divorce decree and trust me the IRS did not care that it was his responsibility. After contacting them and giving them all of my information I was put in contact with Brenton Schick and he advised me of the information he needed and how the process worked. Brenton was a tremendous help, very polite and always helpful as was the rest of the staff that I have spoken to. I would recommend any person that is having difficulties contact Tax Tiger as they helped me with my Offer in Compromise in settling my debt that I would never at that time be able to afford. I checked Tax Tiger out and found that they were a reputable company. I called them, they looked over the information and told me what they would charge and I paid it. I finished the paperwork and then the IRS wait begins. Mr. Shick, my attorney, advised me what he thought I should offer to settle the case. After 6-9 months, the IRS responded and accepted my offer with a little adjustment. The total I paid was a little less than 5% of the total amount I owed. I was very happy with the settlement and Tax Tiger was excellent to deal with. I would recommend them.
