My Husband & I inherited some rental properties in Baltimore, Md and along with that came a lot of problems, fines, and other various issues. Dunlap & Weaver was recommended to us by our Estate Attorney. We needed a local attorney that could not only practice in Maryland, but in Virginia as well, as we live in Virginia. David Ludwig handled our legal issues with the state of Maryland beautifully. It has been a very tough time for us dealing with the estate & the problems that came with the rental properties as we are not accustomed to having to deal with such matters. David understood that and worked with us & the state of Maryland. He got our fines drastically reduced. He explained the process every step of the way. They are expensive, but were worth every penny.

These people built a business model out of litigation and continue to obtain peoples private information through ISP subpoena, on a suspicion. These copyright Nazis are ruining people whether innocent or guilty to the tune of 4000 lawsuits a month. Abusing man-hours of labor and sapping the US system. They are extorting the public. They are using the legal system against people who don’t even know how to download, this practice is the sleaziest around and they are hypocrits. They had to change their own website because it was pointed out that they stole the code for it. If you use this firm to defend you, hire another lawyer to protect you from them.
