Barely acceptable. They have only one ATM (finally a new one). The old one never dispensed envelopes, and was sometimes broken or out of cash. The parking lot is often full, especially when the St. Paul African American Episcopal Church across the street has a service. Electronic banking would only work with Internet Explorer for many months. The banking staff really tries to be helpful, and the wait time is much less than in some of the larger banks such as Chase or BofA.

i "bank" in berkeley even though i have lived in san francisco for years. why? because i am a memeber of CCFCU in berkeley and have been for even longer than i have lived in sf. they have helped with two car loans as well as the day to day mobile transactions. besides i might live in the east bay again one day.

This is the greatest credit union every. They have helped me with my last 3 auto loans and even called me to reduce my interest rate when things got better for me. Thanks to Atlean Evans for the awesome service. People like her are why I do business there.

I like all the people working there that ive met, however everything else is pretty bad the intrest rate on my savings account is literally .03 Percent, no easy way to bank online ive been waiting months to activate my paypal
