My wife and I were very hesitant about suing a big company like Disney for a personal injury claim. We knew they were in the wrong but figured they had so many high-powered attorneys that our side of the story would not be heard. Our daughter was burned at one of the restaurants in Aulani. When we initially spoke to Lalit, he was very calming and reassuring that our voice would be heard. He listened to us, our concerns and what to expect. He was very through and meticulous extracting every detail of the incident before we forgot about it. He never put any words in our mouths but thoroughly and succinctly summarized our concerns to Disney. We ended up settling with Disney for a fair amount. Kiran was very helpful once the settlement was reached and was there to explain what to expect next with the paperwork and proceedings from the court. She always responded to my questions in a prompt manner. My daughter had to attend one of the court proceedings and she prepped us with what to expect. I remembered after the proceedings, Kiran went out of her way to buy ice cream for my daughter. She was beyond ecstatic after a long afternoon in the courthouse. Small things like that I will be forever grateful for and appreciative of. I cannot recommend Kundani & Chang enough. Completely professional and responsive to their client needs.
