The customer service is TERRIBLE. They increased my insurance fee without informing me and just charged that from my credit card. When I called them for this issue, they said they will call me back to give me an answer in 24 hours. They did not. Then I called again, they said definitely a call back within 20 minutes to explain. NO CALL. Then I transfered to the other insurance and called them to cancel my policy in Allstate, they said: "Email us". I did, but NO REPLY, NO following up, No bill change! I called the forth time, they still said"Email us" and “give you a call back”! Any way, I called them at least 6 times in total and every time they said "call you back within XXX" and it NEVER happens. Now the cancelation is still in processing and it seems gonna take me FOREVER to wait the "call back". I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERY WORD I WROTE!

Pretzinger agency has wonderful service, quick response time, and an extremely helpful staff. I would recommend this agency to anyone in need of home, auto, or life insurance coverage. In my opinion, they operate at a level of excellence that is rarely found in this industry. Their handling of my auto insurance in particular, has been top notch. Craig Pretzinger is willing to go the extra mile, for everyone of his clients.

Craig is always very responsive and thorough. My wife and I have 7 home policies and 3 car policies with him and his agency. Recently, Craig was able to get us a sizeable refund which was caused by a communication error on our end.
