CANCELING!! I have been a member for the past 7 years. I was recently involved in a car accident that resulted in the total loss of my 2014 BMW that was the result of another vehicle that the Police failed to identify. I explained my situation to USAA and told them I am going to trial after my shoulder surgery. Today, I received a phone call from an agent stating that I was at fault for the accident and my premium is going up. Never again will I insure with USAA!

I have been a USAA member for 44 years and during this time have filed several claims all of which were processed properly. While I appreciate their efforts to improve the website, their customer service and IT sets a standard for other carriers. Its a pleasure dealing with customer service on both claim resolution as well as general banking and health insurance issues. And the senior bonus was a pleasant surprise.

I called USAA this afternoon and was put on hold for 7 minutes. Finally, my call is answered, but while I was placed on hold, I was disconnected. So, I called back. On hold again six minutes. Disconnected again. I called back, and I gave Daniel my number in case I was disconnected again. We were disconnected again. Daniel never called back. Do I really want to stay with this bank? This is pathetic service.

While I may not be as tech savvy as I could be. USAA never fails me, calls, emails customer service. Many things I can not navigate on the website, because i prefer not to learn are handled very well by customer service via phone. Recently, in less than two hours, they handled my RV loan, so I can enjoy my retirement

After 10 days in the shop, I received a screwed up estimate which did not include labor costs or specify the date which I need to turn in my rental vehicle. After wasting approximately 4 cumulative hours on the phone and being hung up on several times, I will be ditching this incompetent insurance company.

I have had a credit card with USAA for about 8 months , a bank account for 7 months and tried for a few loans with them. Always a pleasure when talking to them even when being denied for my loans. The Service is always good if not great. These folks truly do care.
