Josh Sahaf asked me a few months ago if I wanted to save money on insurance. He reviewed my current auto and home policies, and saved me approximately $200 a year in auto with the exact same policy I had before. Furthermore, he saved me $600 a year in my home policy with the a policy that is slightly superior to my old one. Honestly, it was so simple and I could not believe how much money I was wasting by not getting in touch with him before. He made the transition to my new policies nearly effortless for me. I could not be happier with his attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and overall professionalism. I was also impressed with Prosper Insurance Group commitment to customer service and how they give back to the community through volunteering with organizations such as Operation Smile. After a long delay of getting contractor estimates, Rosemarie Dougherty assisted me with completing a claim due to Hurricane Mathew. Although the adjuster only advised $700 worth of damage, I had a roofer inspect the damage and stated there needed to be repairs. I submitted all of the estimates to Rosemarie and just days latter was issued a check covering the estimated costs minus the deductible. I live in Washington State. My home is in Virginia Beach and is currently occupied. Being in a different time zone, and in the military, Rosemarie was so helpful in getting the claim filed. I thought about finding another insurer after having difficulty initially filing a claim under Goosehead Insurance, but now that I know I have an advocate I will be continuing my business with Prosper.
