It has everything you need to get a great workout in. Stair master, treadmills, eliptical machines, raquet ball courts, private workout rooms, dry n wet saunas, huge lap pool, and just right out side steps away from the facility, a huge and gorgeous nature trail to jog or bike your way into the forest and golf course. Nice front desk people as well.
