Mr. David Bedanes is a highly competent, knowledgeable and compassionate Counsel. He was recommended to me by another Counsel who felt that Mr. Bedanes would be better suited to handle my divorce case due to some inherent complexities like long-term marriage, joint property, assets, retirement accounts and child custody and support issues. David Badanes is a very deceitful and dishonest person. I payed him $1,800 for an uncontested divorce, which was supposed to include court cost. Now he says he wants an additional $1,200 for additional time & court costs. He initially told me the $1,800 was final cost to me, until he cashed my check. Very manipulative individual, not to mention all the mistakes he made in the divorce agreement, including misspelling of my name and custody issues that I was very clear about. He does not care about his clients, only money

Hired David Badanes for an uncontested divorce in December 2015. I was surprised that he had me sign retainer and took my check as soon as I met with him. Then I noticed that there were a lot of mistakes in the divorce agreement. My name was spelled wrong, along with incorrect home address, and social security number. Also, I could not get him on the phone once he cashed my check. Had to hire an another attorney.
