I had an expired tag that I was unaware of and got a ticket for it. This firm sent me a letter saying they could represent me and get it dismissed. However, when I tried to reach out through phone and email there was 0 follow up. After reading some of these reviews I am now thankful for that. I instead ended up using Joseph A. Crone law office and had the ticket dismissed at no extra cost aside from his small fee. I would recommend him over this firm any day of the week.

Updated post Although my first experience with Waggoner was not good, I was contacted by a new office manager, Christi, who is very pleasant, refunded my traffic court charge and we are on track to remove the ticket from the MVR. They are trying to rectify the situation and for that I am grateful. Everyone deserves a second chance and they have earned mine.
