Review of Prairies Edge Commons that they hid on facebook: Classy trailer park. Between having to keep the windows closed to keep the cigarette smoke out of Apt, the minefield of dog poo in the yard from our neighbors that never cleaned up after the constantly barking mutt, the two broken down cars with flat tires, the new property manager that didnt seem to take care of anything, the only thing nice was the day we moved out. Also the building is not sealed very well (windows were very drafty)... it cost more to heat and cool the place than my in-laws 3000 sqft house. Speaking of utility costs... the Property Manager never submitted the form we filled out to stop our electric service like they were supposed to... so we ended up paying for an additional six days of usage that we were no longer the tenants!!!! Long story short.... avoid this place at all costs!

I was very interested in renting with this company until I started the application process. They pressured me saying they needed an answer right away because their units sell so fast, so I jumped on the opportunity, to pretty much never hear anything back. They made me feel like I had to get on board before its to late, but they take their time with the process and with no communication along the way. The also over charge their application fee. This must be their way to get money from potential tenants and just never call them back after they have taken their $60. I instead looked elsewhere was approved with perfect communication in 3 days and the application fee was only $25 and without pet rent...

We stayed at the Bluffs for about 3 months. The management team is extremely unprofessional. The rooms since I can not call these apartments are overpriced and they look like hotel rooms. These units are overpriced. We do not see any fire escape and we are not sure how the building permits were obtained. There is absolutely nothing special about this complex. STRICTLY AVOID. I have loved living at my Lloyd property for the last six months. Our property managers are very professional and the property is beautiful. I am great friends with several of my next door neighbors since we all have pets! So glad that I chose to rent with Lloyd.
