Referring to Selman & Company Tricare champ/VA I Would NEVER use this company again or refer them either! It was a waste of money to pay them this last year! They always make excuses as to why they have not paid a claim. They always say they have not received EOB! I call the doctors office every single time and they have of course sent it. Get use to hearing that word EOB! they NEVER have it! 3 operators told me to save receipts for prescriptions in order to get my money back. I sent them all in and now they say they need... Dr.s name, Date of prescription, name of drug and the amount that I paid! I ASKED 3 TIMES but now that they need to send money they all of a sudden need additional information! Stick with whatever insurance you have and SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Just called the main number. Hit "0" for operator. She was rude. Acting like I was bothering her. She cut me off without really listening to what I needed and transferred me while I was still talking. You should never be so busy you cannot say "hello" to someone. Was on hold for several minutes and hung up. Ridiculous customer service. I work in a busy and very hectic law office, but you should never be so busy to be courteous to people. I will be cancelling my coverage in the very near future.

OMG!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I made this VERY EXPENSIVE mistake! Talk about a SCAM to the worst degree & they are shamelessly scamming Retired Military Members!! I paid @ $600 to date in premiums & they have paid out... wait for it ... $94.00! They scam you out of $179.00 per quarter then NAIL YOU with a $500.00 deductible (WAY MORE THAN STANDARD!) then DENY every claim you send them for the first 6 months!!!

Very Bad experience with this company . Demanded my full refund back from day one when they stopped pay ing my bills due to pre existing conditions. My bills started piling up . Not Nice........Worst Company out there. No Kidding people. I paid premiums for the past year on a supplemental plan they have. Unfortunately just about every claim is denied. I would have been better off paying the other expenses on my own with my regular health plan and still save money over the premiums I paid. I am done with Selmon- no business with this firm will happen when my signup period reopens for the next benefit year.

Horrible company! They partnered with my banking institution (SDCCU) for a life insurance offer and then somehow ended up with my account details and debited 75 per month in unauthorized charges from my account for 6 months before I caught it. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, no customer service!

Called the 1-800 number and had to wait for 10 minutes. Afterwards I spoke with the Customer Service Rep and we updated everything I needed in less than 5 minutes. It was a pleasant surprise after I read some of the reviews in here.

A poor company to deal with. Once you get their insurance they are quick to take the money but not quick with the support needed and they PREY on MILITARY because its a sure way to get paid. Avoid them - there are other programs
