Without her kindness, understanding and compassion to help others my situation could have been really difficult as well as scary. I have to admit I was very nervous about my appointment yesterday when it was time for me to go in inside. The minute I walked in the door I knew I had went to the right place I was greeted with such a warm welcome by one of the friendliest staff members. She told me that Amy would be right with me, when Amy came out she made me feel right at home and was so sweet and friendly, she was very willing to help me with my financial situation which was a great feeling. I would like to recommend John Orcutt office in Wilson to anyone who have credit problems or in the need of help with debt relief. I visited their office on last week and had the pleasure to met with Tammy Harold a paralegal for the firm. Tammy was very helpful, patience and customer service was wonderful. I would recommend her the highest. She answered all my questions and explain the process to me and truly helped me in the time of need. Yes, I was scared and nervous about debt relief but Tammy Harold gave me comfort and a peace of mind before I left her office.
