I initially signed up for car insurance with State Farm. State Farm was able to apply all of the auto discounts (i.e. 6hr auto class, security tracking and glass etching.) For an additional discount, Chris Foster reviewed my Liberty Home Owners Insurance Policy. He was able to point out a few of the slightly vulnerable points in my policy , and was able to provide a better one at a lower rate. When I had an incident with my car, State Farm was sure to honor the policy that they, so proudly, promote. I anticipated being frustrated with the filing process, but to my surprise, was instead relieved to see that they were very knowledgeable regarding the step-by-step rundown. State Farm worked efficiently to make sure that I was able to get my car back on the road quickly. I had one other issue with my Home Owners Insurance policy due to FEMA in which Chris Foster was able to support my home for Flood insurance due to Zoning and his accommodating help. I am very happy with my policy and the service experience that I have had with Chris Foster as well as the State Farm staff. I have recommended my friends to Chris Fosters State Farm office because of the service and experienced guidance I have received.

I been dealing with this office for nearly 2 years. Originally started by paying in full for my auto policies when I purchased a 2nd auto for my wife & renters, I decided to pay-as-you go. Dealing with the employees is always great! However, communicating with Chris is very poor & unfair! I choose not to talk to him or deal with him & made it clear enough to the employees.. only to keep my policy because it was easy for me to renew. Lately its been to much word abuse coming from Chris directly. Where it lead me to change my offices, file a complaint AND write a this review. All because of the issues I have had with this agent. If it was up to me to decide this license with State Farm, I would revoke it ASAP! I really would rather seen another agent replace him & keep the wonderful employees there.

Him and his agent not only content to the voice marketing on the phone but make sure to explain to you what they offer for each of the insurances and they give discount for each of the other services they provide; so that you can obtain a good price for your car insurance.
