We recently mortgaged a house through quicken loans and title source. After it was all said and done weeks later we get a refund check in the mail right before Christmas saying they overcharged us. Shortly after they call us back and said that they did in fact not over charge and needed the money back. So if you get a check in the mail saying you have been overcharged beware.
