John represented a young man in a personal injury case where the injured party received a substantial reward. John never provided the client with a full accounting of his billable services or an accounting of his work. Instead he fostered an environment where he gained the young man’s trust and manipulated his impressionable mind and made him believe they were friends, not attorney and client and therefore never provided the client with a bill or a summary of charges and the client, essentially a child, never asked for one. He blurred the lines of professional conduct and ethical representation by later borrowing money from this client on several occasions and proposing business ventures where his former client would provide capital for Mr. Wozniak. His conducts flies directly in the face of established ethical standards and future clients should be made aware of his disregard for the well being of his clients.

Mr. Wozniak represented me in a personal injury case that involved multiple individuals and everyone else was reluctant to help because the kids that assaulted me had no insurance. Mr. Wozniak not only took my case but went all the way to civil court and argued the case in front of a jury that resulted in one of the largest personal injury judgments in the history of the court at that time. My mother-in-law experienced a fall at a local retailer and unfamiliar with her rights as a consumer I turned to Attorney Wozniak. At the initial meeting in his office my mother-in-law was nervous but Attorney Wozniak quickly recognized this and settled us both down.
