I had a great pleasure working with Vanessa who was introduced to me by realtor when I was trying to buy as well as sell a flip. She was very professional from start to finish, personable, hard the knowledge and had the exact experience I was looking for. She was able to discover many title issues on the property before the contract was even finalize and found out that the seller of one of the properties did not even own the right to sell. Things would have been a complete mess for me and my partners but we were so lucky to have her by our side. She was incredible to work with, diligent and is now my attorney from now on and I have referred several people to her office already because I was very pleased working with her. I have worked with many professionals in my time and I can tell you she is one of the best I have worked with if you ever want to buy or sell a property.
