I have been with Midwest Insurance for about 6 months. My wife and I have changed cars a couple of times each since joining. In that time our bank has had some issues internally with our proof of insurance. Dede has been great in both changing coverage on our vehicles and handling the issues with our bank. She is always just a phone call away. I am very happy my brother recommended me. If you are looking for a great insurance agent and company you can not go wrong with Dede and Midwest Professional Insurance.
