I greatly appreciate the ladies of the Jessica Knight State Farm team in Oak Lawn, IL. It has been almost 2 years and they are still reliable, punctual, empathetic, and driven. These ladies are the greatest example of a great customer support team. They all listen and truly care. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about the different services State Farm has to offer, they are all around great, passionate, people. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great insurance, no matter if it is car, health, or renters. They have provided me such a peace of mind in the confusing world of insurance. Very rude and unprofessional! I Went into her office looking to get a qoute. Before i walked in, i over heard jessica speaking foul about a cutomer of hers to her cowoker, she stated she dont understand how she (her customer) can be soo dumb & not follow simple instructions. When I walked in she said hello very rudely and said she was leaving to let Her dogs out, that her cowoker would take care of me. Her office smelled of a strong odor of marijuana and her cowoker informed me she can not help me because I never had insurance before. Never will I go back there or recommended anyone to her!
