HORRIBLE COMPANY NOT ANSWER THE CALL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE A lousy deal they charged me 2 times in one month insurance when you need their services was very stressful trying to communicate with the agent having my case Mr. Maurice Vega is inaccessible Tania receptionist Super sarcastic definitely not qualified for the job seem not to care nothing not know how to treat customers. With the exception of Michael Franco a serious gentleman was the one who was responsible for my case. Everything else is a joke. Stay away from this company if they want a hard time and being teased part of this staff.

Poor insurance company. I had an accident with my car in Marco / 2017. We are in July practically and so far nothing to solve. I get in touch, I make complaints but it seems that we are nothing. The person who entered my case never meets, nor does his supervisor encounter me, so they give me a very bad service. Unfortunately I have to wait 1 year to renew with another insurance company because with Imperial I do not renew anymore and I will never recommend anyone to make insurance with this company. Detail, every beginning of the month they deduct the amount that I have to pay but to watch us is a torment.

Horrible, atrocious, dreadful, awful, terrible, shocking, appalling, horrendous, horrid, grisly, ghastly, vile, heinous, I can use more words to describe this company but I do not feel like wasting my time. Horrible horrible insurance. They never answer the phone. The adjuster never calls you. Its been over a month and i still cant get in touch with my adjuster Milton Pineda Or his Supervisor Salvatore Ferreri. I have left both several voicemails and still no call back. Extremely unprofessional.
