In September 2015, I was involved in a serious automobile accident as a result of the other drivers illegal actions. My vehicle was declared a total loss and I sustained injuries requiring an extended period of both medical and rehabilitation treatments. Not only was the other drivers vehicle uninsured, he was unable to be located after the date of the accident. I obtained the services of Stephen Fernandez and his staff to assist me in dealing with this serious matter. Not only was Mr. Fernandez an extremely knowledgeable and professional attorney with years of experience in dealing with these matters, he was also kind and sympathetic to my situation. He and his staff handled everything and kept me posted every step of the way. I was completely satisfied with the final disposition of this case which exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend Mr. Fernandez and his staff to anyone in need of assistance as result of a situation similar to mine.

This group does not even deserve one star!! I had two cases with this group of incompetent people. I hired David Goldman upon being new to the Sarasota area. I had 2 crashes within 2 years and SGBW had both cases for 4 years and never settled anything. The office staff was rude and pretty much nasty when I would call for updates on my cases. I was kept in the dark as to what was going on and never got anything settled. I fired this group and went to Luhrsen Law Group...who settled both cases for full amount in 6 months. Do not hire anyone from this group. And SGBW do not respond to my post. You know I was a client and you did nothing but waste my time and almost cost me my job by not getting me help!
