Ive been with this agency going on 3 years, and they always have the best customer service, super attentive to my needs. Making a payment is always quick and effortless as is getting a quote. I bought a new vehicle and need to add more coverage to my policy. Lucy helped me get the lowest quote with the most coverage. She always gives courtesy calls, so i never forget to pay my insurance and deal with the hassle of getting canceled. I honestly cant complain. Always goes above and beyond to assist me with all my insurance needs with a smile i can hear through the phone =))) Sol Agency is the way to go, ask for Lucy.
